✨Salon Cancellation Policy✨ To ensure the best service for all of my clients, I kindly ask that you respect my cancellation policy: •I require at least a 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules. •Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. •No shows: Clients who miss their appointment without notice (“no -show”) will be subject to being charged for 100% of the scheduled service and may be asked to require a deposit before booking future appointments. •Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, I may not be able to accommodate your full service and it may be considered a late cancellation or no-show. •Deposit Policy A deposit may be required for booking over a certain value or for new clients. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. •Exceptions: I understand that emergencies happen. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel due to illness or urgent situations.
